RFQ for the supply and installation of a complete 12 m containerised change house at Malekaskraal Vanadium Mine, including male and female ablution facilities, showers, toilets, lockers, hot-water system, ventilation, air-conditioning, benches, mirrors and connection to existing services. Delivery and installation required within 30 days of order.
Malekaskraal Vanadium Mine invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the supply, fabrication, delivery, connection and installation of one complete change house within a 12 m container. The change house must accommodate male and female facilities, including hot-water geysers/boilers for 60 employees, wash basins with hot and cold water, showers, toilets and urinals, mist windows, air-conditioning, industrial steel lockers, extraction and ventilation fans, benches, mirrors, complaint book holder and soap dispensers. The scope also includes excavation and backfilling of support areas and connection to an existing service line approximately 100 m from the installation area, including all permanent fittings. All labour, materials, equipment, PPE and delivery costs must be included in the quotation.
